The electric single beam crane mainly includes three operating mechanisms: lifting operating mechanism, large vehicle operating mechanism, and small vehicle operating mechanism. The lifting operation mechanism is mainly composed of electric hoist, steel wire rope, pulley, hook or hoisting device. The metal structure of an electric single beam bridge crane mainly consists of two parts: the main beam and the end beam. The main beam structure is mostly a combination section of I-beams and steel plates, consisting of cover plates, web plates, and I-beams. There are also longitudinal and transverse long and short reinforcement plates inside the box. Its safety and reliability directly affect the operational quality and working ability of the crane.
The lifting mechanism of the single beam crane is composed of the Sino foreign joint venture brand Kaicheng dual speed electric hoist. This product has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, small volume, and easy operation.
1. Drum device: The drum is made of cast iron or seamless steel pipe, connected to the reducer with splines, and the other end is supported by a rolling bearing at the protruding part of the conical motor front end. The outer shell of the drum is made of steel plate.
2. Coupling: The torque of the electric motor is transmitted to the reducer through a claw type elastic coupling, which can absorb load impact and achieve smooth starting.
3. Electric control system: mainly composed of the control box and operation button box of the single beam crane, with protection or warning functions such as pressure loss, interlock, overload, overload alarm, etc.
4. To ensure reliable use, all electric hoists are equipped with weight limiters.
5. Hook device: The hook is made of 20 steel die forging and connected to the outer shell through the hook crossbeam with thrust ball bearings, allowing the hook to operate freely.
6. Reducer: The electric hoist reducer of the single beam crane adopts a three-stage helical gear reducer. The gears and gear shafts are forged and processed from 40Cr or 20CrMnTi steel, and undergo heat treatment. They are all supported by rolling bearings and the box shell is made of cast iron, with tight assembly and reliable dust prevention.
7. Electric motor: The lifting motor adopts a conical brake motor with a large starting torque to adapt to frequent direct starting during intermittent operation of the product, with a torque of 2.4 to 3 times the rated torque.
8. Limiting device: To prevent malfunctions caused by the hook rising and falling beyond its position, a limiting device is installed on the hoist. When the hook reaches its position, the rope guide on the drum device of the single beam crane drives the limiting device to move, automatically cutting off the power and stopping the hoist from running.
9. Slow drive device: The slow drive device consists of a drive box, a box cover, and a small motor. The small motor drives the main motor to work through the slow drive device.
