What are the maintenance methods for bridge cranes

As a manufacturer of single-beam cranes in Shandong, today I'd like to share with you the maintenance methods for single-beam general-purpose bridge cranes:

1. Maintenance and maintenance methods for crane lifting units: Regularly observe the oil window of the reducer, and check whether the oil level of the lubricating grease is within the required range. If it is less than the required amount, be sure to immediately replenish the lubricating grease.

2. Regularly inspect the temperature of the single-beam crane motor housing and its rolling bearing position, as well as the motor's noise and vibration, to ensure there are no abnormalities.

3. The routine maintenance of the reducer can be carried out by referring to the manufacturer's instruction manual, and the anchor screws of the reducer should be frequently inspected to ensure they remain tight and do not loosen.

4. Under frequent operation, the crane's natural ventilation and cooling capacity may decrease due to a low speed ratio. Additionally, with a high current flow, the motor temperature will rise rapidly. It is important to ensure that the motor temperature does not exceed the upper limit specified in the user manual, and to adjust the braking system according to the instructions provided in the motor manual.

5. The bearings with seats on both sides of the steel wire rope drum need to be refilled with lubricating grease every two days. The surface layer of the steel wire rope drum of the electric single-beam bridge crane and its galvanized steel wire rope should be wiped with lubricating grease according to the condition.

6. In situations where cranes are not used frequently and the sealing condition and the natural environment of application are excellent, the lubricating grease in the reduction gearbox of electric single-beam bridge cranes should be replaced every six months. However, in harsh environments, it should be replaced every quarter.
