1. The operator must be familiar with the structure and performance of the equipment, pass the examination and obtain the operation certificate before being able to operate independently.

2. Operators must comply with the "Five Disciplines" for using equipment and the "Four Requirements" for maintaining equipment.

3. The operator should always inspect the equipment according to the requirements of the "patrol inspection content".

4. It is strictly prohibited to use equipment beyond the standard or load.

9. It is strictly prohibited to diagonally pull or lift heavy objects buried underground, as well as to use lifting force to straighten bent objects and hang heavy objects for impact work.

5. When lowering the hook, there must be no looseness in the steel wire rope and no less than two turns of steel wire rope wound on the drum.

6. The components of each moving walking and lifting mechanism should reduce their speed when approaching the end point, and it is strictly prohibited to use the end point switch as a means of stopping, let alone using reverse to achieve braking.

7. When the load reaches a certain lifting capacity, the function of the brake should be checked at a height of about 150mm above the ground after lifting to confirm reliability before lifting.

8. Strictly follow the "Equipment Lubrication Chart" regulations for refueling, achieving the "five determinations" (fixed point, fixed time, fixed quantity, fixed quality, fixed personnel). After filling the oil, cover the lid of the oil cup (tank).

10. When there are several cranes working within the same span, a distance of 1.5 meters must be maintained to prevent collisions. When approaching according to work needs, the consent of neighboring vehicles must be obtained, and the distance should be kept at around 0.3 meters.

11. The operator should conscientiously achieve the "three good" (good management, good use, and repair) and "four skills" (knowing how to use, maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot).

12. When starting the controller, each part must be started according to the level, and the speed should be steadily increased step by step at low speed. It is not allowed to move and lift both at the same time. When the hook swings, lifting is not allowed to prevent the steel wire rope from coming out of the groove.
