Precautions for operation of electric single beam bridge crane

As a manufacturer of bridge cranes in Shandong, today I would like to introduce the operating precautions for electric single beam bridge cranes, hoping to be helpful to everyone:

Electric single beam bridge cranes are used in outdoor places to load and unload goods. They can directly walk on ground tracks and have advantages such as high work efficiency and strong applicability.

1、 After each shift, the bridge crane driver needs to conduct a complete inspection of the equipment and conduct static and load tests. Only after ensuring that everything is in good condition can it be started.

2、 Drivers are strictly prohibited from operating in violation of regulations, overloading, or lifting beyond the limit standards. Operators are not allowed to leave their posts without authorization. If a malfunction is found in the equipment, it should be stopped in a timely manner and the fault should be eliminated before operation can be carried out.

3、 After the operation is completed, any safety hazards on site should be eliminated, and the single beam bridge crane should be cleaned. Lubricating oil should be added to each rotating part. After the work is completed, the main power supply should be turned off and relevant records should be kept.

4、 Bridge crane is a type of special equipment, therefore it must be operated by a dedicated person and is not allowed to operate without permission. Operators must meet the relevant operational requirements, be familiar with and fully understand the performance, parameters, functions, and other aspects of the equipment.
