1. The operator must hold a work permit and be mentally focused during the operation.

2. When taking over the shift, the lubrication status of the controller, brake, hook, wire rope, safety device, and various lubrication points should be checked, and a no-load test should be conducted to check the working status of each operating mechanism of the crane.

3. Before starting work, the bell or alarm must be sounded, and when approaching someone during operation, the bell or alarm should be intermittently sounded. No one is allowed under the crane arm or the lifted object.

4. The operator must obey the commander's command and operate according to the commander's signal. It is prohibited to lift objects over human heads.

5. Lifting is not allowed in the following situations: overloading or unclear weight of the lifted object; Loose binding and hanging of piled up objects; There are people or floating objects on the lifted object; The workplace is dimly lit; Do not pull or hang objects diagonally; Dangerous items with the potential for explosion; Cranes are prohibited from being used for operations such as pile pulling.

6. Do not use limit devices or emergency stop switches to stop the vehicle.

7. No adjustments or maintenance of machinery are allowed during the work process; During maintenance, the power must be cut off and a maintenance sign or lock must be hung.

8. When there is a sudden power outage before or during the operation of the main power supply, all control handles should be turned back to the zero position. The operator is not allowed to leave the operating position until the lifting object is lowered.

9. When the homework is completed, the slewing mechanism of the tower crane should be released, the hook lifted, the trolley stopped at the end of the boom, and the main power supply turned off; When the wind reaches level 6, the use of the tower crane should be stopped. And turn off the main power.

10. Make good shift handover records, promptly report any faults found during operation to relevant departments, and strictly prohibit the crane from operating with faults.
