1、 Inspection: mainly refers to checking whether the equipment parts are worn, tightened, and secured during daily idle and use, and whether the safety devices are in good condition. If any problems are found, they should be dealt with promptly. If you cannot handle it yourself, you should make a sign and tell other staff to stop the machine for rectification. Report to the superior leader in a timely manner and wait for the maintenance personnel to handle it before resuming work;

2、 Run: Single beam cranes are also made of raw materials such as steel, so there will be wear between parts during use. Therefore, with lubricating oil, equipment wear can be effectively reduced. Equipment lubrication is also a discipline, and maintenance personnel must strictly follow the standards to ensure proper lubrication of the equipment;

3、 Clear: Refers to the long-term operation of a single beam crane in harsh environments, which will inevitably result in external dust and impurities falling into the equipment. However, if some internal components fall into dust due to seal damage, it will cause unpredictable and serious consequences. Meanwhile, if the surface of the device's cooling system is covered with more impurities, dust, and other substances, the cooling system will fail. In addition, cleaning equipment can effectively prevent the surface of the equipment from being severely corroded by substances such as acid and alkali;
